Seismic Wave Support was born out of necessity. Working with some of the biggest names in Direct Response and eCommerce, we recognized that traditional customer support solutions were falling short. So, we built our own solution from the ground up, focusing on areas where typical CS solutions don't apply, like refund retention, marketing compliance, and customer data protection.
